2. Scope of Services

Recovert provides digital tools for electronic waste evaluation, cataloging, pricing, and transaction management. Our services include:

• Digital waste catalog and material composition analysis.
• Market evaluation tools and price data.
• Training and consultancy on waste management.
• Customized waste management solutions.
• Purchase and reporting management cart that enables clients to easily organize their orders and receive detailed reports on waste composition and value.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Recovert provides recommendations and analytical insights based on available data; however, we do not guarantee that decisions made by clients based on our services will be accurate, complete, or profitable. Clients are fully responsible for their decisions regarding waste valuation, sorting, purchasing, and selling

4. Subscription Plans

• Recovert SAS does not offer a free version of its services due to the high value of the provided information. If a client opts for a paid plan for one month to test the services, they cannot claim refunds or raise disputes regarding payments, as they acknowledge that no free services are offered, and all payments are final.
• Subscription plans: Silver, Palladium, and Gold. Each plan provides different levels of access, including:
  • Access to the waste catalog and analysis reports.
  • Online support and consultations.
  • Training and expert advice.

Payments must be made according to the selected billing cycle. Failure to renew subscriptions may result in suspension of service access.

5. Payment and VAT Information

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Recovert does not directly store payment data.
• For French clients: A 20% VAT will be added to listed prices.
• For EU clients (outside France): VAT may not apply if a valid EU VAT number is provided.
• For non-EU clients: Taxes may vary based on local regulations.
• All transactions are final, and refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All information, software, and data provided by Recovert SAS, including waste catalog information, analysis reports, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Recovert SAS. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent.
Recovert ensures that waste analysis related to specific models or manufacturers is conducted in compliance with intellectual property rights and applicable laws. Analyses are based on independent research to determine waste composition and do not infringe on manufacturers’ proprietary technologies or data.

7. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse, copy, or exploit our platform for unauthorized purposes.
• Ensure the confidentiality of login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Recovert SAS is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from decisions based on our services.
• Losses related to inaccurate market predictions or pricing estimates.
• Issues arising from third-party services or integrations used in conjunction with our platform.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Recovert complies with GDPR and other data protection laws. Client data will be handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
